All development is guaranteed for functionality in major browsers. (IE, Firefox, Safarai, Chrome, etc.)
(Additional support available for other less common browsers upon request at additional cost.)
Rates, Quotes and Agreements
After an initial consultation, the project will be defined in a quote document to specify the terms and the amount.
For updates or design and development, a rate may be provided in the quoted document instead.
Deposits
A deposit is requested, for securing the project, for making sure that the order is sincere and preparation of design samples. This deposit is non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a problem with your website, I prefer to resolve this by discussion. If something is not functioning correctly, I may provide advice or I may need to resolve this by fixing any errors that I may not have noticed. In some cases it may be just something additional that you'd like to order as an update that we haven't discussed.
Cancellation Policy
Work carried out is and calculated by time spent. If the customer cancels, based on just a change of mind, I request that a payment of up to the amount of time invested in their order.
Copyright
All work carried out by Lis Designs comes with a copyright licence for single use for the company who orders.
